Service Description
myDigiBill provides cloud-based GST billing, invoicing, inventory management, accounting, and business reporting software for Indian businesses.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate business and contact information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed annually as displayed on our Pricing page. Free trials are offered for 14 days without requiring a credit card. Refunds are subject to our 15-day money-back guarantee policy.
Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software
- Do not upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
- Ensure GST invoices generated comply with applicable Indian tax laws
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all business data entered into myDigiBill. We provide tools to export your data at any time during your active subscription.
Limitation of Liability
myDigiBill is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
